Jill Brownrigg held onto bragging rights for the largest of the season with her 35 1/2 inch beast of a Striper. My buddy Mikey gets the award for the smallest of the season L.O.L. Aggressive, schooling juvenile Stripers from 16 to 19 inches dominated the bite this summer. We caught them with topwater lures from one end of the lake to the other. We did manage to catch some nice quality sized Stripers also on topwater lures, flutter spoons, and a few on live bait. I missed out on much of the summer season this year but I will be hard at it this fall. I am looking forward to some cooler weather and some great fishing.

Here are a few great photos from the 2021 summer season
